At Colette by Colette Hayman, we want you to love your new accessories, but if you change your mind, we offer easy returns within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in original packaging, and not on the exclusion list, such as earrings or hair accessories for hygiene reasons.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided return shipping label, then drop your parcel off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
